Ms. Meehan-Corsi obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics at Willamette University in 1998 and Juris Doctorate at Willamette College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 2001.

 

Professional Memberships:

She became licensed to practice in the state of Washington as of May 2002.

 

Community Associations:

She is heavily involved in the legal community. She is a trustee on the board of the Benton Franklin Bar Association ("BFBA") and serves as the president of the Young Lawyer's Division of BFBA. She is also a member of the Tri-Cities Young Professionals Group and has participated in the Family Law Mentor Program, Neighborhood Legal Clinics, and Housing Justice Project in Seattle.

 

Practice Emphasis:

Her work experience includes bankruptcies, business incorporation, civil litigation, collections, contracts, criminal defense, employment law, estate planning, family law, landlord-tenant law, traffic ticket defense, and worker's compensation.

 

Hobbies:

Ms. Meehan-Corsi is a dog lover.  She takes her four pound yorkie rollerblading with her in the summer and enjoys participating in other activities such as working out at the gym and snowboarding to stay fit.

Legal Assistant

 

Aurora Leon

 

Ms. Leon is fluent in both English and Spanish and has lived in the Tri-Cities for over 15 years.

 

Ms. Leon has experience performing legal assistant and paralegal work in both civil and criminal cases for approximately 3 years.  She has worked in social services with the State and Catholic Family and Child Services for over 6 years.

 

In her free time, Ms. Leon enjoys spending time with her family, taking her nieces and nephew to the park, and hiking .
